Each month, we update our budget projections with the latest accounting data. This is a two-step process:
CS&S notifies us that the books are closed for the previous month in SAGE Intacct.
CS&S updates the revenue/expenses in our runway model and projections sheet with the latest actuals.
We then use this as an opportunity to:
Confirm that our accounting transactions look correct.
Flag any items that require extra attention, such as contracts that will expire soon.
Update our financial projections and calculate a new runway for 2i2c.
